Once all of the required fields are completed, please email to secretary@g6ut.com or return to the club. Membership fees can be paid via BACS (details available on request) or in person.
Adult Membership Application – New membership application and renewal form for all over 18 members including concessions and lead family members.
Additional Family Membership – Supplementary form for additional family membership details (to accompany full membership application)
Under 18 Membership – You will need parental consent to join the club as an individual member and be accompanied by parent or legal guardian when on club premesis or attending any club event.
